An instrument used to detect and analyze the deformation and temperature of surface mount components during reflow soldering. It can simulate the heating environment of a reflow soldering furnace and use high-speed cameras and temperature sensors to capture the three-dimensional shape and temperature changes of components. By using a reflow simulator, possible adverse phenomena such as cracking, fracture, tilting, and floating during reflow soldering can be discovered and resolved. Reflow simulators can also be used to optimize reflow soldering parameters, improve production efficiency and quality.
